    SERVICES

    Planning: Assessing the layout and functionality of a space to optimize its use and flow, including furniture arrangement and spatial organization.

    Concept Development: Developing a cohesive design concept based on the client's preferences, style, and functional requirements.

    Color Consultation: Advising on color schemes and coordinating paint colors, wallpaper, fabrics, and finishes to create harmonious interiors.

    Furniture Selection and Procurement: Selecting furniture pieces, fixtures, and accessories that align with the design concept and budget, as well as sourcing and purchasing these items.

    Custom Furnishings and Millwork: Designing custom furniture, cabinetry, built-in shelving, and other bespoke elements tailored to the client's needs and specifications.

    Material Selection: Recommending materials, textures, and finishes for flooring, countertops, backsplashes, and other surfaces to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.

    Lighting Design: Planning and specifying lighting fixtures, including ambient, task, and accent lighting, to create the desired ambiance and functionality within a space.

    Window Treatments: Designing and selecting curtains, blinds, shades, and other window treatments to provide privacy, light control, and aesthetic appeal.

    Accessorizing and Styling: Curating accessories, artwork, rugs, and decorative elements to add personality and visual interest to the space, as well as arranging and styling these items.

    Project Management: Overseeing the implementation of the design plan, including coordinating with contractors, tradespeople, and vendors, as well as managing timelines, budgets, and installations.

    Renovation and Remodeling: Providing design expertise and guidance for renovation and remodeling projects, including space reconfiguration, material selection, and construction oversight.

    E - Design: The entire design process, from consultation to implementation, is conducted online collaboratively.

    PROCESS - Easy as 1 + 2 + 3

    Initial Consultation: Complimentary 15-minute phone call to review your goals, timeline, and budgets, plus ensuring we are a good fit.

    Consultation: This is approximately an hour and a half, fee-based meeting in person, to review your project’s location, goals, and needs. If this is an E-Design project this will be a Facetime call. Your objectives will be discussed and I will gain a general vision of your goals, and recommendations will be provided.

    Proposal + Questionnaire: My questionnaire with answers will determine the design direction. Then a submission of a proposal, approval, and fee payment will begin the design process.

    Design Begins: Once the design process begins, the creativity flows.

    Revisions + Approval: Tweaking the initial designs to create your functional space.

    Implementation: You will start seeing the project come together. The moment your vision becomes the reality.
